LANDROVER DISCOVERY/DEFENDER 15P TD5 RECONDITIONED CYLINDER HEAD 

PLEASE ENSURE IT IS A 15P HEAD YOU NEED, WE DO NOT OFFER 10P HEADS

Our cylinder heads have been meticulously reconditioned with the following work carried out each time:

–           Stripped down to bare casting, inspected for visible damage, cracks, etc

–           Dipped in chemical tank and hot washed to remove all carbon buildup and other contaminants

–           Vapour blasted to restore “like new” aluminium finish

–           New core plugs fitted, pressure test both coolant and fuel system

–           Skimmed minimally

–           Valves polished and refaced

–            Valve guides checked and replaced where necessary

–           Valve seats cut

–           Reassembled to a complete head with valves and springs, ready to fit
